There is a world to think about in the genesis of a treatment. In this course, we will look at the early micro processes present when engaging in a new treatment. Included in this we will discuss aspects of the frame including those active and passive ways of listening. Case examples will be presented so we can look at the dynamics as they occur in an analytic dyad beginning with the initial phone call and continuing with the first appointment. Participants are invited to bring vignettes for the group’s thoughts and understanding.
- There will be a full refund if one requests to drop the program on or before September 10, 2017.
- There will be a 10% cancellation fee if one requests to drop the program after September 11, 2017
