Participants will be able to
  • grasp Dr. Chetrit-Vatine’s use of the work of Laplanche and Levinas to revise the concepts and roles of the sexual drives, life-narcissism and the primordial ethical dimension in parenting and psychoanalytic treatment.
  • grasp Dr. Chetrit-Vatine’s concept of matricial space and its role in the analyst’s ethical position, comportment and commitment.
