Orit Weksler was born and raised in Jerusalem. She holds a Masters degree in Expressive Arts Therapy from Lesley University. Orit immigrated with her family to the US in 2002. Upon receiving her MFT license in 2008 she opened a private practice in Berkeley where she has been seeing adults, teens and children. Orit has taught at Access institute in SF. She regularly publishes original works and translations of poetry and short stories in Hebrew and in English. Orit studies playback and improv theater and is interested in the connections between the arts and psychoanalysis.
