Payment of Tuition and Fees for Programs
The general policy for payment of tuition for Analytic Training, PPTP, PAPPTP and SFYL is that all fees are due by the starting date of the program in September. Special payment plans are available for each of these programs but must be arranged by September 1. Tuition can be paid in two equal installments with any fees other than tuition included in the first payment. These payments are to be made September 1 and January 1. Tuition can also be paid in 10 installments. The plan requires a $50 set-up fee charged with the first payment and SFCP must have a current/active credit card on file to be used for all payments. All payments will be charged on the 1st of the month. A charge of $25 will apply for any declined credit card charge or returned check.
Failure to have a payment plan in place by October 1 results in a $50 late charge being added to the tuition. The late fee increases to $100 on December 31.
It is possible to begin a payment plan during the first semester; however, the initial payment will include all fees and any previous months not paid at that time. For example a PPTP student may set up a payment plan on November 1 with an initial payment of $685 which includes the late fee, set up fee and tuition due to date. Subsequent payment would be $195 per month for the remainder of the year.
Tuition and fees for other yearlong programs that total $1,000 or more can be paid in full by September 1 or be made in two equal installments by September 1 and January 1. Tuition and fees for other yearlong programs that total $1,000 or less must be paid in full by September 1. Single semester program fees are due by either September 1 or January 1 depending on the start date of the program.
All CE/CME credit fees are charged separately from the program fees and must be paid before certificates are issued.
Tuition and fee payments must be up to date before the beginning of a new semester. Any student who has not arranged for payment by December 31 will not be able to begin the new semester in January.
Students with tuition or fees due at the end of a course of study will not be permitted to graduate and will not receive a certificate of completion until all fees and tuition are paid in full.
